Umeclidinium bromide is a quaternary ammonium salt that is the bromide salt of umeclidinium. Used in combination with vilanterol for long-term maintenance treatment of airflow obstruction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It has a role as a muscarinic antagonist.
