Parthenolide is a sesquiterpene lactone and active principle of Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium). It has a role as an inhibitor, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, a non-narcotic analgesic, a peripheral nervous system drug and a drug allergen.
